Seventh Fleet Council
Captain Rex Rouviere, Captain Marla Trowbridge, Admiral Dennis Hollinger, Captain Richard Henline, Captain Carl Stark.
The Seventh Fleet Council is the ruling body of Starfleet Command’s Seventh Fleet. Led by Admiral Dennis Hollinger as the Commander in Chief, the council is made up of Commanding Officers of the different chapters within the fleet.

Andromeda (1997), Starship Command Ribbon-U.S.S. Kelly (1998), Decorated by Starfleet Intelligence (1993), Simulator Command Ribbon (1999), Simulator Ribbon (1993, 1994, 2001), Class of Excellence-1st Class (1986), Prantares Ribbon of Commendation-1st Class (1993), Distinguished Service Ribbon (1996, 1999) NOTES: Originally the Commanding Officer of the USS Inspiration in 1986. Later in 1987 he became the Executive Officer of the USS Kelly. As a special assignment, held the post of Commanding Officer of the USS Andromeda during its reconstruction in 1997. Captain Rouviere was also honorary adopted into the T’nsnet household. Decorated by representatives of the Romulan Star Empire by the RSE Falcon with a Sash of Honor and commemoration of three acts of self-sacrifice and being worthy example of all sentients. NOTES: Served at various times as Assistant Chief Engineer, Chief Tactical Officer, Strategic Operations Officer and Executive Officer on board the U.S.S. Kelly. Only officer in the Seventh Fleet to have held a Command position on all four ships that started the Seventh Fleet. U.S.S.
