The Seventh Fleet Council is the ruling body of Starfleet Command’s Seventh Fleet. Led by Admiral Carl Stark as the Commander in Chief, the council is made up of Commanding Officers of the different chapters within the fleet.

 | NAME: Richard Henline (Rest in Peace) RANK: Commodore POSITION: Admiralty Staff POST: Commanding Officer of Starbase 505 AWARDS & COMMENDATIONS: Christopher Pike Medal of Valor (1991), Grankite Order of Tactics (1993), Starfleet Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry (1990), Legion of Honor (1994), Star Cross (1991, 2001), Starship Command Medal-U.S.S. Andromeda (1997), Starship Command Medal-U.S.S. Kelly (1998), Decorated by Starfleet Intelligence (1993), Simulator Command Medal (1999), Simulator Medal (1993, 1994, 2001), Class of Excellence-1st Class (1986), Prantares Medal of Commendation-1st Class (1993), Distinguished Service Medal (1996, 1999) NOTES: Originally the Commanding Officer of the USS Inspiration in 1986. Later in 1987 he became the Executive Officer of the USS Kelly. As a special assignment, held the post of Commanding Officer of the USS Andromeda during its reconstruction in 1997. Captain Henline took command of the USS Kelly after Fleet Captain Hollinger was promoted to Admiral in 1998. In 2009 he accepted a promotion to the rank of Commodore and accepted a position on the Admiralty Staff. Commodore Henline also temporarily served as the Commanding Officer of the USS Ursa Major. Shortly thereafter, I was on an extended away mission to a remote cold climate research facility. While on TDY, I remained in contact with the the crew of the Rendezvous and visited as frequently as possible to help with projects, fan films, construction and commissioning of the Shuttle Fairbanks and other activities. In 2014 I returned to the Rendezvous to resume my station in the Science Department. I was honored by the Seventh Fleet Admiralty and received the Christopher Pike Medal of Valor for running Shuttle Operations for the Fleet at Salt Lake Comic Con 2015.
