Civilian Track-

Non-Starfleet personnel who can be found on Starfleet vessels and installations.  No Rank requirements are needed for this track. Once a member has received their orders, they have no other requirements to fulfill.  Civilian members are highly encouraged to take the Academy Basics Course #1 and Academy Basics Course #2.
