It was good to see everyone at the Seventh Fleet Picnic on April 26th. If you missed it, don’t worry. Fleet Day (aka The Seventh Fleet Games) will be hosted by the USS Ticonderoga in Clearfield on Saturday, August 7th. There are several fun events planned. Get a hold of your Commanding Officer and let them know that you want to attend.

Captain Nada Linnarz has moved to St. George, Utah. Which unfortunately is too far to remain the CO of the USS Kelly. Lt. Commander Jill Bogler-Patterson and Lt. Commander Dawn Woods have accepted the position of Acting-Captain and Acting-Executive Officer. Congratulations to the new command staff and best of Luck Captain Linnarz in Southern Utah.
